Refunds for cancelled orders are instant and will be credited to the original mode of payment. The time taken by the bank to reflect the amount varies within 7-10 days. The shipping charges will be refunded fully for the cancelled orders and no additional charges will be levied. You will receive updates regarding your refund on your email and the Decathlon App/Website once it is initiated.
Refund Timelines for different payment methods:
1. Debit card: 7-10 working days to the same bank account linked to the debit card
2. Credit card: 7-10 working days to the same bank account linked to
3. Net banking: 7-10 Working days to the same bank account linked to the net banking
4. EMI: 7-10 Working days to the credit card account used for EMI
5. UPI: 7-10 Working days to the same account linked to the UPI application
6. Wallet: Any refunds credited to the wallet will happen within 2 hours once the successful return pickup is done.
7. Omni gift card: Within 48-72 hours of return pick up done. The gift card details will be sent to your registered email ID.
