My order is delayed, what should I do?

If your order still hasn’t arrived, please wait for 48 to 72 hours after the estimated delivery date as some packages may be delayed in transit. After this time, please connect with our User Happiness Team so that we can help you with your delivery.

Note that our courier partners may try to contact you when delivering your parcel or leave a delivery notice (attempted delivery). Make sure to keep your mobile phone with you.
